Meet Me at the Lido*

Call for Price

Throughout the 1940s and early 1950s, Lido Beach Casino was THE place to be in Sarasota, Florida.  Many hung out at the beautiful facility flanked by seahorse statues where they enjoyed the pool, beach cabanas, restaurants and dancing to Rudy Bundy’s Big Band.  Many young gals posed on the seahorses.  Its demolition in 1969 is still a sad memory to those who spent time there in their youth. 36X24 inches, oil on panel.

SOLD! Canvas prints and wood signs are available.
